We were informed today that "Paranormal Activity 3" helmers Arile Schulman and Henry Joost...are in final negotiations to return to direct the recently officially announced "Paranormal Activity 4"! With the helmers now pretty much locked into place, the work begins on shooting and eventually prepping the film for its October 2012 release. Intriguingly enough, October 26th is the current release date for Dimension Films "Halloween 3D"! The "Paranormal Activity" films usually dominate that October 20-31 week of multiplex action. It'll be interesting to see who blinks first here, and moves their movie to the 19th. Considering that "Paranormal Activity 2", took down "Saw 3D" in its opening weekend back in October of 2010, I think they'll welcome the challenge from Mikey!
