Not that I'd be against -Wishmaster 5-, but just please drop the tagline -Hell On Earth-. That's been used sooo many times!

Would it be too much to ask to have the Djinn actually WIN for once? And I mean really win, not the stupid "the prophecy was fulfilled but not really because the waker had to make the wish come true not the djinn" thing. I agree with Raven, the Djinn was really the only character worth anything in all of the movies. Although Divoff's performance was by far the better of the two. There were aspects of Novak's performance that I enjoyed, and he brought different things to the role that were good, but overall the script he had to work with just snuffed out most of the good that could have come from the entire thing. Also, this is what I have found on the actual mythologies of the Djinn: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Genie

Novak only played the djinn in monster form, Jason Connery played the Djinn in human form.

I don't think their budget is large enough to have the djinn win because then they'd have to have fx for his world and the other djinn. Unless you want CGI hellfire and CGI djinn's running around.

The djinn came close to winning in part two but what always defeats him is he never secures the stone of the sacred fire. He always leaves it lying around, like the Leprechaun does with his gold.
